Tony and the mgr. Christine were very patient and pleasant to work with on a complex problem...this is one of the reasons why my wife and I chose Lexus for her car. We have never owned a car screwed together this tight.

Tony did a great job of getting the car in for service and getting me a loaner for a couple of days. He updated me on the problem and the cost, all normal actions; but he did so in a polite and professional manner. It is always a pleasant experience working with him, and the others in the dealership.

I really really love the customer service provided to the consumers. Oil changes are considered "fast lane" no appointments needed and they provide a ride to your destination. Great timing with inspections. Very clean environment.
