Christina at Meade Lexus of Southfield is a wonderful service advisor. I recently had my IS 350C in to replace a broken side view mirror. The mirror was ordered, arrived and installed as promised. Unfortunately, as I was driving home from the dealership I noticed the other side view mirror was broken. I drove back to the dealership and Christina had a good idea what may have happened while my vehicle was in for the repair. This is my wife and I first Lexus, from our initial face to face with sales rep Eric L., to our 5k routine maintenance service with our advisor Robert P., the experience thus far with Meade Lexus of Southfield has been nothing sort of awesome. I am not what you would consider a "brand loyalist" however if Meade of Southfield continues this exceptional overall experience i'm sure another Lexus will be in my family's future.
Tony from service is heaven sent. Always extremely helpful and willing to do what it takes to make a customer happy. Dimitry in the sales department is also very easy to work with and never pushes you towards making a decision. Love the team here.

I interacted with a great person by the name of Don. He was awesome and made what I thought was going to be a terrible time an easy going period. They fixed my automobile quickly and at a very reasonable rate.

Good service - on line scheduling worked. Good service but not like it USED to be. (No greeter, text only on phone, 2 1/2 hours for 10,000 mile check, etc. Good dealership but culture definitely changing - mgt issues.

Don is an exceptional service rep. for Meade. My ES330 is older and they treat her like I do, lovingly and with care. The service reps have a lot of responsibilities, such as customer service, receptionist, cashier and more. Don handles the chaos well. I am not ready to buy new yet but when I am ready, Meade Lexus of Southfield will be where I go. Thanks guys!

I had a flat and needed a new tire. I had great service here. Don helped me out and was friendly, fast, and kept me in the loop the whole time!! The best part is I got a free car wash just for bringing it in. This was probably the best experience I have had with a dealership. 10/10 would come back here in the future for any of my Lexus issues!!!!

I was late for my appointment and the service department was very busy. Shannon my service rep came right out and met me know that they could service my car that day and that the loaner I requested was still available. The repairs were completed by the end of the day, and the parts that were replaced were in a plastic bag on the floor. My husband said that’s the practice of a good service department. Went to Meade Lexus in Southfield for 10,000 mile service yesterday. I normally go to Meade Lexus of Lakeside but we have moved closer to Southfield now. I was very impressed with the Southfield service department. I arrived at my appointment time and was immediately handled and Christina Militello was my service consultant. She informed me that the timing would be between 60 and 90 minutes (they completed in just under 90). Took care of problem quickly
I heard a noise and since my spouse was out of town I felt really concerned about driving around the city alone. I went online and made an appointment and trusted that when I got there in the morning I would have a car. As it turned out, there was no need. Christina and her staff found the trouble and sent me on my way within minutes. I am so thankful for her and her staff that morning!
