This is the first time I've owned a Lexus that I bought from Meade Lexus of Southfield. My first service experience was handled by Christina who has been exceptional, pleasant to talk to, informative, knowledgeable and accommodating. My car has very low mileage and though the 30000-mile got done on it twice, Christina offered to make any adjustment in future service, if necessary. Pick-up and delivery of the vehicle with a courtesy loaner is so convenient and a fantastic service feature. I wished I would have bought Lexus from the get go.

I took my vehicle for regular maintenance and Tony (Anthony) was my service advisor. I’m a first time Lexus owner and this experience was enough for me to understand why many owners stay with the brand. Service was swift and effective. Tony was pleasant and even volunteered to touch up a small scratch I’d acquired from a parking lot. It was more than I expected and I appreciated ‘the extra mile’! The warranty that they offer is great . When waiting on your car to be serviced you are treated like royalty with a free coffee bar while you wait. I highly recommend buying with lexus.

Don always aims to solve any problems I have and he has been successful in helping me with my older model Lexus. This was a minor maintenance and there were no issues or complaints. Seating area was comfortable and bathrooms were super clean. My advisor Anthony was nice, respectful and did a follow up by text (first time I get a follow up from any advisor).
Shannon personally followed my car thro the service process to insure I was able to Meet outside profession commitments. She did a terrific job!!

Christina at Meade Lexus of Southfield is a wonderful service advisor. I recently had my IS 350C in to replace a broken side view mirror. The mirror was ordered, arrived and installed as promised. Unfortunately, as I was driving home from the dealership I noticed the other side view mirror was broken. I drove back to the dealership and Christina had a good idea what may have happened while my vehicle was in for the repair. She promptly told me the mirror would be replaced by the dealer at no charge. She contacted me as soon as the mirror arrived. ...

This is my wife and I first Lexus, from our initial face to face with sales rep Eric L., to our 5k routine maintenance service with our advisor Robert P., the experience thus far with Meade Lexus of Southfield has been nothing sort of awesome. I am not what you would consider a "brand loyalist" however if Meade of Southfield continues this exceptional overall experience i'm sure another Lexus will be in my family's future.

Good service - on line scheduling worked. Good service but not like it USED to be. (No greeter, text only on phone, 2 1/2 hours for 10,000 mile check, etc. Good dealership but culture definitely changing - mgt issues.

Don is an exceptional service rep. for Meade. My ES330 is older and they treat her like I do, lovingly and with care. The service reps have a lot of responsibilities, such as customer service, receptionist, cashier and more. Don handles the chaos well. I am not ready to buy new yet but when I am ready, Meade Lexus of Southfield will be where I go. Thanks guys!

I had a flat and needed a new tire. I had great service here. Don helped me out and was friendly, fast, and kept me in the loop the whole time!! The best part is I got a free car wash just for bringing it in. This was probably the best experience I have had with a dealership. 10/10 would come back here in the future for any of my Lexus issues!!!!

This was hands down the best experience I have ever had at any car dealership. I walked in not expecting to even purchase a vehicle, but the care I was shown by Michael and Simeona was absolutely astounding. They found the exact car I wanted and got everything I needed in the car and I couldn't be happier. Our family has definitely switched to Lexus going forward.

I purchased a Lexus certified RX450H from Meade Lexus of Southfield a few months ago, because I trust their work.
